Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges

To cancel an order please contact us immediately ([email protected]). We cannot accept cancellations for orders that have been packed or shipped. If you have paid with credit card then a non refundable credit card fee applies to your order. You can either get a partial refund or a full store credit. An order paid via bank transfer can be fully refunded except the costs of shipping.

Please get in touch if your order contains a wrong item, the wrong size, is missing an item or items have been damaged during transit. We will get this sorted for you immediately.

Our KoruKai Herb Farm products are handcrafted with love and care. However, in the off chance that you are not satisfied, we want to hear from you.

We can exchange or refund most products that were purchased from KoruKai Herb Farm’s online shop within 10 days. We issue the refund once we receive the items unopened, undamaged and clean ready for resale. Return shipping is paid by the customer. The shipping should be traceable. The customer is responsible for the cost and risk of transporting the returned goods to KoruKai Herb Farm. Please also note it is best to return via a trackable method as we are not responsible to honour refunds if a package is lost/stolen in transit. We will not refund damaged or incomplete items. Please contact us first, so we know that an item is coming back to us. We cannot refund or exchange live cultures, plants and other perishable products. We will not refund ebooks, eguides and instructions for DIY kits. If you have paid with credit card then a non refundable credit card fee applies to your order. We will only refund the goods and not the cost of shipping the item. You can either get a partial refund or a full store credit. An order paid via bank transfer can be fully refunded without the costs of shipping.
Pack your return items well, preferable in the original box so that the goods arrive in good conditions. Put the note with your order number in the box, tape up the box and tape on the return label with our return address on the box. As soon as we receive your return, we will send you a confirmation to your email and refund you for the product you have returned.

We cannot exchange or refund products that were purchased from a retailer that stocks our products. Please approach the retailer directly.

Refunds will be at the discretion of KoruKai Herb Farm.

Breakages

We take extra care to protect fragile items for shipping. If a breakage during shipping happens please let us know by sending an email with a photo of the broken item to [email protected]. We will send you a replacement as soon as possible.
